These are the first part of a series called "What SHE said!" All the images are what sprang to my mind when my Mom, who has Alzheimer's, said the title phrase of each painting during our conversations over the past 3 years. The phrases made no sense in the context of our conversations, and I think her bad hearing had a lot to do with what her responses to us were, but they were laugh out loud funny when she said them! All the other paintings I'm posting and will continue to work on in this series came up the same way- obliquely in conversation about other stuff.
